      I am the Executive Officer and Division Officer for Training Ship California. I am responsible to the Commanding Officer for the operational performance and general administration of the Division, as well as such collateral duties as may be assigned at the discretion of the Commanding Officer. When the Commanding Officer is not present I am responsible for the Training Ship and take command. As the Division Officer, I am responsible for the mentorship and training of League Cadets (10 - 13 years old).

      I  am responsible to the Administrative Officer for the efficient conduct of the Admin office. I have direct responsibility for assembling, updating, reviewing, and safeguarding all cadet and officer personnel records.  Often you will find me behind the camera  at events.

My vast experience in the cyber field is an important aspect of my role as the Officer in Charge for the Sacramento Division & TS California CyberPatriot teams, who participate in the National Youth Cyber Defense Competition each year and other competitions.

I am responsible to the Commanding Officer for the management and care of uniforms. My experience as a seamstress is an important aspect of my role in Supply. I am able to fit cadets and prepare uniforms for service.

Haitao Xu

I am responsible to the Executive Officer for the management of accurate documentation and attention to detail. My vast experience as a Computer Engineer makes me a valuable asset to the unit. You will find me present at most unit events, assisting the Commanding Officer in the management of staff and cadets.
